Our components of "responsible development" include:

  1. Make development decisions open, predictable, and fair, with reliance on zoning for the protection of property rights.
  2. Encourage community involvement in development discussions.
  3. Direct new development to areas with appropriate infrastructure.
  4. Protect the health and safety of the community.
